Announcement on the deactivation of the ESKUTE app

✨As of April 2024, the official ESKUTE app has been deactivated and technical support is no longer available.

🤗All customers can, however, continue to use the app's functions by using the Smart Life app and connecting it to their bike's Bluetooth. Here is a brief overview of the steps:

  • Open the Smart Life app, switch on Bluetooth on your phone, switch on the bike's display and click on "Add device". It will automatically search for devices and the bike will be displayed in your app. Click on "Add".
  • If the bike is not displayed, please reset the display first. Lift the rear wheel and press the "Power" and "-" buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds. The display will flash, indicating that the reset was successful. (Note: Make sure that your phone has given the app location permissions).
