My invoice is incorrect. What should I do?

If your invoice doesn’t match your order details, please contact the retailer directly to request a correction. Then log in to your Klarna account and select "Report a problem" to pause your invoice until the issue has been resolved.

I haven’t received my order. What happens to my invoice?

You only need to pay your invoice once your order has been delivered. Please contact the retailer for shipping updates, then log in to your Klarna account and select "Report a problem" to pause your invoice until your order arrives.

What happens if I return items?

If you return part or all of your order, Klarna will automatically update your invoice. Simply follow the retailer’s return instructions and keep your tracking number. Then log in to your Klarna account, select "Report a return", and we’ll pause your invoice. Once the retailer has processed your return, we’ll send you an updated invoice.
