Warranty Policy
Eskute-Warranty
1. All ESKUTE electric bicycle frames come with a 1-year all-inclusive manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects.
2. For other bicycle accessories such as helmets, bike bags, and similar items, a 6-month warranty applies.
3. The warranty is automatically registered when the original purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store, and is valid only for the original purchaser.
4. Please note: used e-bikes, modified e-bikes, and e-bikes without a valid invoice or proof of purchase are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty coverage for specific parts can be found in the table below.
However, please note that any defects caused by the use of a throttle, the removal or deactivation of the speed limiter, or any modifications or conversions to the bike are not covered under our warranty.

We offer a 1-year warranty on used bikes.

The warranty will be automatically void if any unauthorized modification has been made. During the service request process, you must inform us of any unauthorized modifications or any repairs or replacements not carried out by Eskute that have been made to your product. We are not responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs/replacements not performed by Eskute.
The warranty does NOT cover issues caused by any of the following:
- Any misuse of the product, such as using the bicycle for commercial or rental purposes, engaging in dangerous activities, or riding under abnormal road conditions.
- Any unauthorized modification of the product, such as disassembling the bicycle without Eskute’s instructions, improper installation, or repair/maintenance performed by anyone other than Eskute.
- Damage resulting from accidents, such as traffic collisions.
- Exposure to extreme environmental conditions (including extreme temperature or humidity), excessive physical or electrical stress or interference, power fluctuations or surges, lightning strikes, static electricity, fire, force majeure, or other external causes.
- Damage to the anti-rust coating due to improper use (damage to the coating may lead to corrosion and part failure).
- Theft, loss, or unauthorized taking of the product.
Services
If you experience any issues with your bicycle during the warranty period, please contact us at support.eu@eskute.com with the following information:
- Purchase platform, such as Amazon, official website, etc. (If purchased on Amazon, please also provide the seller name shown in your order)
- Order number/ID
- The email address and delivery address used when placing the order.
- Photos/short videos of the issue and a brief description of the problem.
Parts and Labor. Eskute may provide both parts and labor support, but may also guide you to replace easy-to-install parts yourself, as described below.
For issues reported after 30 days but still within the warranty period, Eskute will cover the cost of replacement parts and provide video instructions or installation guidance. If the part cannot be replaced by the customer and professional service is required, the customer will be responsible for labor costs at a local repair shop.
In most cases, it is not necessary to return defective parts to us.
If you return a defective product as required by applicable law, Eskute will provide you with a replacement item. By doing so, you agree to pay Eskute the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping fees.
Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service. The DIY replacement parts service allows you to maintain your product yourself. If Eskute determines that the DIY Parts Service is available for your case, we will send you a replacement part for your product. Installation instructions and any return requirements for the replaced part will be included. Eskute reserves the right to decide whether labor costs related to the DIY parts service will be covered.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs. Even if your issue is not covered by the warranty, you may still purchase replacement parts from us. As a manufacturer, we offer competitive pricing for bicycle components. If you would like to purchase spare parts, please contact support.eu@eskute.com for more information.
