1. Shipping outside Europe is currently not available.
2. The sales price includes VAT.
3. Customers do not need to pay import duties or customs fees.

2. Delivery Time

We will ship your order within 24 hours whenever possible. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address.

We are unable to provide additional shipping documents or carrier details beyond those supplied by third-party logistics providers. All estimated delivery times provided by ESKUTE are based on estimates only.

Any changes made by the customer after shipment—including but not limited to address changes, order hold requests, or updates to shipping preferences—will result in the customer waiving eligibility for replacement and/or refund in case of delivery issues.

3. Change of Delivery Address

Before your order is shipped, you may contact us to change your delivery address. Once the package has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

4. Order Tracking

If you have registered an account on Eskute.de, you can track your order, shipping, and processing information in your account.

If you did not register, you can track your order using the tracking number provided. For further shipping information, please contact us at support.eu@eskute.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

5. Lost Packages

Eskute is responsible for the delivery of your order. A delivery exception occurs when a package is temporarily delayed during transit due to unforeseen circumstances. Even with reliable eCommerce tracking systems, unexpected delays may occur during shipping.

If tracking information has not been updated for more than 3 days, please remain patient while we monitor the shipment.

If you have not received your order within 3 weeks after the shipping confirmation email, the package will be considered lost in transit. Eskute will assume responsibility and provide a full refund. If the package eventually arrives, you may refuse delivery.
