I've been commuting to work with the C202 for about three weeks now, and it has completely replaced my car for short trips. The bike arrived with a damaged LCD screen, but Tina resolved the issue after several emails. She even included two free phone bags. I can say I'm satisfied, even though it took almost two weeks. I can finally use both Eskute bikes and I'm quite happy with them; they're working. Thank you for sorting this out, Tina.
After comparing several city e-bikes, I decided to go with the C202 and I'm happy with my choice. The bike feels stable, even on uneven cycle paths, and changing gears is smooth. I've already ridden more than 300 km without any issues. I also contacted customer support with a question about the display, and they replied quickly with clear instructions.
