I've been commuting to work with the C202 for about three weeks now, and it has completely replaced my car for short trips. The riding position is comfortable, the motor assistance feels very natural, and the battery easily lasts me several days before I need to recharge. It's exactly what I wanted for city riding.

The bike arrived with a damaged LCD screen, but Tina resolved the issue after several emails. She even included two free phone bags. I can say I'm satisfied, even though it took almost two weeks. I can finally use both Eskute bikes and I'm quite happy with them; they're working. Thank you for sorting this out, Tina.
After comparing several city e-bikes, I decided to go with the C202 and I'm happy with my choice. The bike feels stable, even on uneven cycle paths, and changing gears is smooth. I've already ridden more than 300 km without any issues. I also contacted customer support with a question about the display, and they replied quickly with clear instructions.
It's much heavier than I was expecting which makes getting going a bit difficult as the motor doesn't kick in until approximate 1.5 revolutions of the pedals. However, having the throttle makes that a little easier so I'm glad that is allowed here in The Netherlands. Assembly wasn't too bad, but the video and instruction manual could have provided more information and specifics such as the order of the washers on the front hub (since my husband completely removed them). We had an issue with the fenders rubbing on the tires which meant a lot of back and forth with the Customer Service team; it took 48 hours for them to reply to each email. And email is the only way to contact Eskute. A phone number would be nice. We eventually fixed the problem our own way.

Ik gebruik de C202 vooral voor boodschappen en ritten door de stad. De lage instap is erg prettig en de fiets rijdt comfortabel.
Cyklen virker solid og godt bygget. Den er lidt tung uden motorhjælp, men under kørsel mærker man det næsten ikke.

Ik wilde een e-bike die makkelijk op- en afstapt. De C202 voldoet daar precies aan en voelt ook erg stabiel.
Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De accu is ruim voldoende voor mijn woon-werkritten en korte weekendtochten.
Fijne stadsfiets met een comfortabele zitpositie. De motor helpt goed bij tegenwind en lichte hellingen.
Over het algemeen erg tevreden. De fiets is iets zwaarder dan mijn vorige fiets, maar tijdens het rijden merk je daar weinig van.
Insgesamt ein gutes E-Bike. Der Aufbau hat bei mir etwas länger gedauert, danach funktionierte aber alles problemlos.
