Is the T302 Pro electric trike suitable for seniors?
Yes. The T302 Pro is designed for adults and seniors who value comfort, stability and greater independence. Its low step-through frame makes mounting easier, while the upright handlebar, supportive backrest, parking brake and three-wheel design provide additional confidence during everyday rides. New trike riders should still practise starting, braking and turning in a quiet, open area before riding in traffic.
Is a three-wheel electric trike easy to ride?
Most riders become comfortable after a few practice rides, but steering a trike feels different from riding a two-wheel bicycle. A three-wheel electric trike stays upright when stopped and does not lean naturally into corners. Begin at a low speed, make wider turns and avoid sudden steering movements until the handling feels familiar.
How stable is the T302 Pro, and can an electric trike tip over?
The three-wheel design provides additional support when starting, stopping and riding at low speeds. However, no electric trike is completely tip-proof. Slow down before turning, avoid sharp steering at speed and take extra care on steep, sloped or uneven surfaces. Correct tire pressure and balanced cargo placement also help maintain predictable handling.
How does the rear differential improve turning?
The rear differential allows the two rear wheels to rotate at different speeds when cornering. The outer wheel can travel farther while the inner wheel turns more slowly, helping the T302 Pro feel smoother and more natural through turns. This is especially useful during low-speed manoeuvres, neighbourhood rides and shopping trips with cargo on board.
What is the maximum payload of the T302 Pro?
The T302 Pro supports a maximum payload of 200 kg. This limit includes the rider, cargo, accessories and anything carried in the front or rear basket. Distribute heavier items evenly, keep cargo securely fastened and never exceed the stated payload.
How far can the T302 Pro travel on a full charge?
The 48V 20.8Ah battery provides an estimated assisted range of 60–130 km per charge. Actual range depends on rider and cargo weight, assistance level, hills, temperature, tire pressure, road conditions and riding style. Carrying heavy loads or frequently using higher assistance levels will reduce the achievable range.
Does the T302 Pro comply with EU e-bike requirements?
The T302 Pro is equipped with a 250W pedal-assist motor, with electrical assistance limited to 25 km/h, and carries EN15194, CE and RoHS certification. Requirements concerning helmets, cycle paths and equipment can vary between countries, so riders should confirm the local regulations that apply where the trike will be used.
How long does delivery take, and can I track my order?
The T302 Pro ships from Eskute’s German warehouse, with standard delivery normally taking 3–8 working days. The T302 Pro includes a 2-year warranty and a 15-day return period, subject to Eskute’s warranty and return conditions. Just got my T302 Pro put together and I'm really pleased with it. It arrived well packed and everything feels solid and well made. At 72, the low step-through and comfortable seat are exactly what I was looking for. Took it for a short ride after assembly and it feels stable and easy to handle. Der Aufbau verlief problemlos und alles war gut verpackt. Für den Preis bekommt man wirklich viel. Das Dreirad ist zwar recht schwer, dafür liegt es sehr stabil auf der Straße. Am Anfang braucht man etwas Eingewöhnung. Bei schönem Wetter lasse ich das Auto inzwischen öfter stehen und nutze das Dreirad stattdessen fast wie ein kleines Auto für meine täglichen Wege.
The T302 Pro has completely changed how I run errands. I used to drive everywhere, even for short trips, but now I just load my groceries into the rear rack and head home. It's incredibly stable even with a full load, and the motor makes hills feel effortless. I've already done over 500 km in the first month and couldn't be happier with my decision.
After comparing several cargo e-bikes, I chose the T302 Pro because it offered the features I needed without the premium price tag. Macht Spaß und obwohl ich nie richtig Fahrrad gefahren bin. Habe mich langsam mit den Rad vertraut gemacht und nun will ich es nicht mehr missen.
Der Aufbau war einfach . Ich hatte nur ein Problem mit dem Vorderrad aber mir wurde gut von euch geholfen . Mit dem Lenker kam ich nicht zurecht aber dieses Problem habe ich für mich geklärt . Ich fahre sehr gerne mit dem Fahrrad die Farbe ist sehr schön. Würde es wieder kaufen .
Tolles bike, es macht Spaß damit zu fahren! Anfangs muss man bei Schrägen etwas üben...aber das lernt man schnell.

This trike has given me so much confidence to ride again. I use it every other day for grocery shopping and the large rear basket easily fits two shopping bags. The three wheels make me feel much safer than my old bike, especially when stopping at traffic lights. It has honestly made getting around town enjoyable again.

I wasn't sure how different a cargo e-bike would feel, but after a few rides it felt completely natural. The upright riding position is comfortable, and I love having room to carry everything without wearing a heavy backpack. Assembly took about an hour, but everything has worked perfectly since then.
Ich nutze das T302 Pro hauptsächlich für Einkäufe und kurze Strecken. Es ist extrem stabil und fühlt sich sehr sicher an.
Die Montage war einfacher als erwartet. Mit dem mitgelieferten Werkzeug war das Rad in ungef?hr 40 Minuten fahrbereit. Die Sitzlehne ist sehr bequem und auch nach l?ngeren Fahrten habe ich keine Rückenschmerzen.
Nach zwei Fahrten hatte ich mich komplett an die drei R?der gew?hnt. Die Stabilit?t gibt mir viel Sicherheit und ich muss beim Anhalten nicht mehr über das Gleichgewicht nachdenken. Für Eink?ufe ist der gro?e Gep?ckbereich einfach perfekt.
Hat zwar etwas länger gedauert. Der Zusammenbau. Aber ist OK. Habe aber keine Fahrrad klingel dabei gehabt. Bin gefahren. Muss mich erst noch daran gewöhnen, mit 3 Räder zu fahren.
Das Fahrrad ist super aber schwer zu fahren. Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zu mindestens für ältere Menschen. Ich bin immer noch dran zu lernen. Aber es macht Spaß.
